I am...Ryan Mayard

I am…
A utensil, placing my thoughts on a piece of paper creating shadings and outlines.
A golden, crispy, gooey, and cheese that stretches while melting in my mouth.
An area with hot, white sandy beaches, and near the most southern point at the edge of the U.S.
Sometimes a lazy day of sweat pants, t-shirt, and comfortable shoes straight from bed.

I am…
A country of pure culture and family oriented that’s south of the U.S. speaking the spanish language.
A traveling machine always looking for a new destination with lots to see.
An unselfish being who is a great gift giver, and is never thinking about himself.
A question of “Why God does what He does?”

I am…
A MAN, who had took-on eight major brain surgeries.
A person who thinks about the both sides of every situation
A person who cheers-up anyone who is in the “dumps.”
A gentleman who’s respectful to ALL woman

I am…
A designer who places other people’s ideas for their “structure” on a piece of paper.
A person who is inspired by Buddy Valastro and Mary Valastro.
Born from a state that celebrates and is known for Mardi Gras.
Someone who enjoys ALL food (besides okra, artichokes, and whole/uncooked onions).

  1. Hi Ryan! I share your love of traveling (and gooey cheese!) and I appreciate what you said about being respectful to women and willing to lift up those around you who really need it. Thanks for sharing a bit of who you are here.

  3. Hey, Ryan! I loved the descriptions you gave of the different places you have lived/traveled. They really gave me strong mental images of what they might have looked like. Your writing style gives off a rustic feeling, and that is super unique for this group. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work!

  4. I loved this piece! You are such a nice guy, and it really shows through this piece. I also love wearing sweatpants right out of bed. It's really great that you try to cheer everyone up, and I relate to that. I know how hard it is sometimes to cheer others up, so thank you for giving it your all and being so respectful of others!
